If we do not hear from the first reserved customer or are unable to contact them, we will give priority to the "confirmed" reservation.

It depends on the reservation situation, but as long as the time slot you wish to change to is available, you can change your reservation.
However, if after this decision is made, you reduce the reservation time and then cancel the reservation itself, this will be considered a change in date and time made to avoid cancellation fees, and cancellation fees will be calculated and applied based on the total time, including the earlier change.
We apologize, but if there is a possibility that your appointment will be earlier than your reserved time, we ask that you make your reservation with a time that includes this earlier time.
